I forgot to mention that we got a good thunderstorm yesterday, which lasted for at least half the afternoon and evening. That’s more evidence that the afternoon thunderstorm cycle is here; it will last for the next three or four months. And as I write this, the sky is clouding up again.
We visited my mother again in the morning; she is still showing signs of improvement. Currently we’re shooting to bring her home tomorrow. We also contacted Hospice to deliver two hospital beds in the morning.
I was expecting Aunt Sue, my mother’s sister, to arrive tomorrow, but she and Uncle Rich caught an early plane and came in this afternoon! They were determined to see how Mom was doing before she came home. Leive cooked a wonderful batch of spaghetti with meat sauce to celebrate.
