As part of the Middle East, Israel doesn’t get as much precipitation as the residents would like. This year, however, may be the wettest year since independence in 1948. Since 2013 began, they have been getting snow in high places like Jerusalem and Mt. Hermon, and rain in low places like Tel Aviv. Now an Israeli friend of mine has shared a picture of what else has been seen on Tel Aviv’s flooded roads, LOL.
